ABOUT US
Dave and Sandra Taylor, have been residents in Peterborough and Kawarthas area for over 30 years. During that time they have made numerous contacts with local skilled tradesman and licensed professionals. As a General Contractor, Dave can quickly assess the needs of the home and property and provide clients options tailored to their specific wants and needs. Sandra has an extensive background in program management, business administration and bookkeeping. She currently provides local small businesses with full cycle bookkeeping services. Together, they can offer cost effective, specialized and customized property services. Their combined experience allows them to provide services for wide variety of clients. Together they are heading into a joint venture merging their expertise to facilitate and provide professional and customized services in the Peterborough and Kawartha Area.

Home and Cottage Watch Services provides professional property monitoring and inspection while you are away. Whether it is your home, cottage or income property, we offer peace of mind and protection of your investment.

These services involve scheduled visits and inspection both inside and out looking for potential issues and to satisfy any insurance requirements you may have while you are away.

If you choose we can provide document reports, photos and potential alerts about any issues. These services can be tailored to your specific needs, including frequency of visits, types of check performed and reporting requirements.​​

As a skilled general contractor with over 30 years experience, if a licensed professional is required, we have a list of providers that we have worked with in the past making the services transparent to our customers. We specialize window and door services and repairs as well as troubleshooting problems as they arise.
REAL ESTATE AND AIR BnB
Taylor Pro Services can work with Real Estate agents to prepare home and property before and after the sale, including property clean up, inside home cleaning and any other requirements you may have for a successful sale/purchase.
For our Air BnB clients let us prepare your property and home both before and after rental to ensure your listing gets a five star review.
